Private Tours

Payment

We required the initial deposit of any private tours’ booking. The price followed the page.

Cancellations

Nov – Apr (high season)

– Cancellation less than 7 days, the deposit will be non-refunded. 

– From 8 – 15 days, 20% of full amount will be charged.

– From 16 days on ward there will be full refunded.

May – Oct (low season) ;

If cancel less than 4 days, the deposit will be non-refunded. 

From 5 – 10 days, 20% of full amount will be charged. 

Any cancellations 11 days onward there will be full refund. 

Shore Excursions

Payment

We required full payment of join Shore Excursions’ booking. In case you booked a private excursion please check on “Private tours”.

Cancellations

Nov – Apr (high, peak seasons)  ;

If cancel less than 14 days, will be non-refunded. 

From 15 – 21 days, 50% of full amount will be charged. 

Any cancellations 22 days onward there will be full refund. 

 

May – Oct (low season) ;

If cancel less than 7 days, will be non-refunded. 

From 8 – 15 days, 50% of full amount will be charged. 

Any cancellations 16 days onward there will be full refund. 

Join Tours

Payment

We required full payment of join tours’ booking.

Cancellations

Depends on tour operators. Mostly if the cancellation more than 48 hours prior departure time will be full refund however when the booking has been made, you will receive the cancellation policy.

Other Services

Payment

Will be informed in advance prior the payment. The deposit between 30% – 100% depends on which service and the period of the booking.

Other Conditions

– Every confirmations will get through emails or chat applications only, we do not accept bookings by phone (or verbal).

– Prices are in Thai Baht, except Shore Excursions. Conversion to another currency will be referred to the bank of Thailand on the reservation day. 

– If any cancellations come from our side due to the weather conditions, natural disaster, incidents, any affects to safety of tourists, or etc. full refund will be waive to customers’ account. 

– Cancellation from customers due to natural disasters,  or uncontrolled situations please contact our reservation team
